Oliver Hugh Perry began the journey of D.D Dumbo in 2013. On the strength of his EP Tropical Oceans, the singer-songwriter was invited to perform at SXSW and was consequently signed by 4AD.
For his debut full-length release, Utopia Defeated, D.D headed to London, a long but rewarding distance from his Castlemaine home.
Special local performances take place at Castlemaine’s Theatre Royal on March 8 & 9.
