Limp Bizkit, Simple Plan and Spiritbox lead Good Things for 2026

Good Things is about to break stuff!

Good Things Festival is back for 2026, bringing Australia’s biggest travelling celebration of heavy, alternative and punk culture back to the East Coast this December with a monster lineup of global icons, scene-defining legends and the next generation of boundary-pushing artists. The festival returns to Melbourne on Friday 4 December, Sydney on Saturday 5 December and Brisbane on Sunday 6 December, with all events remaining 16+.

Leading the charge in 2026 are nu metal titans Limp Bizkit, returning as headliners following their unforgettable Good Things Festival appearances in 2023. Joining them on the mammoth bill are pop punk favourites Simple Plan, modern metal force Spiritbox, Australian heavyweights Polaris, Grinspoon and Speed, alongside an enormous lineup featuring The All-American Rejects, Bad Religion, Alexisonfire, Millencolin, Bilmuri, Ministry, Neck Deep, Slowly Slowly, Choirboys and many more.

Limp Bizkit’s legacy remains one of the defining stories in alternative music. Across more than 30 years, the band has transformed from late ’90s nu metal disruptors into global icons, combining rap rock, groove-heavy riffs, aggressive energy and unforgettable live chaos into a sound that continues to connect with multiple generations of fans.

Breaking through with their 1997 debut Three Dollar Bill, Y’all, Limp Bizkit reached another level with 1999’s Significant Other, which hit #1 on the US Billboard 200, earned two Grammy Award nominations, achieved 7x Platinum status and delivered era-defining anthems including ‘Break Stuff’ and ‘Nookie’. Their record-breaking 2000 album Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water further cemented their place in rock history, while 2021’s STILL SUCKS proved their influence remains firmly intact.

Returning to Good Things Festival after their massive 2023 appearance and sold-out headline sideshows in Brisbane and Melbourne, Limp Bizkit are ready to unleash one of the most anticipated live sets of the festival. Expect nostalgia, mayhem and a main stage performance built to shake the foundations.

Simple Plan have spent more than two decades proving why they remain one of pop punk’s most beloved names. The Montreal band has built a global following through emotional anthems, huge choruses and songs that have soundtracked countless teenage bedrooms, road trips and coming-of-age moments.

Their multi-platinum 2002 debut No Pads, No Helmets…Just Balls introduced the world to classics including ‘I’d Do Anything’, ‘I’m Just A Kid’, ‘Addicted’ and ‘Perfect’, before later favourites such as ‘Welcome To My Life’, ‘Summer Paradise’ and ‘Untitled (How Could This Happen To Me?)’ cemented their place as one of the genre’s most enduring acts.

Now boasting more than 10 billion streams worldwide and almost 2 billion YouTube views, Simple Plan continue to bridge generations of fans while maintaining the infectious energy that made them icons. Following their 25th anniversary celebrations in 2025, including a co-headline Australian tour with The Offspring, the band return to Good Things Festival after their memorable appearance in 2019.

Spiritbox have become one of the most exciting and influential forces in modern heavy music, carving out a unique space between crushing metal, atmospheric experimentation and fearless creativity.

The Canadian outfit exploded into global consciousness with their 2020 breakthrough single ‘Holy Roller’, beginning a rapid rise that continued with their acclaimed 2021 debut album Eternal Blue. Debuting at #13 on the US Billboard 200, the record helped redefine expectations for contemporary metal and positioned Spiritbox as one of the genre’s most forward-thinking acts.

With multiple Grammy Award nominations for Best Metal Performance and a celebrated second album Tsunami Sea, which continued their global chart success, Spiritbox have proven their ability to balance crushing heaviness with haunting melodies and cinematic atmosphere.

Their live show has become a must-see experience, combining arena-level production, devastating intensity and a fearless approach to songwriting. Following their debut Australian performances at Knotfest Australia in 2023, Spiritbox return down under ready to deliver one of the festival’s most powerful sets.

The Good Things Festival 2026 lineup continues to celebrate the artists who have shaped alternative music across generations, with Sydney heavyweights Polaris bringing their fusion of metalcore, post-rock and electronic influence following the success of their ARIA #1 album Fatalism, while The All-American Rejects return as one of alternative rock’s most enduring names, armed with a catalogue of era-defining anthems including ‘Dirty Little Secret’, ‘Move Along’ and ‘It Ends Tonight’. Punk icons Bad Religion will also bring more than four decades of melodic riffs, sharp lyricism and uncompromising energy to the festival, joined by Canadian post-hardcore favourites Alexisonfire, who will deliver a special 20th anniversary celebration of their landmark album Crisis. Australian favourites Grinspoon are set to unleash their unmistakable live energy, celebrating more than three decades of shaping the local alternative landscape, while Swedish punk veterans Millencolin return with their melodic punk attack and a full performance of their platinum-certified classic Pennybridge Pioneers.

The heavier side of Good Things Festival 2026 runs deep, with genre-defying artist Bilmuri bringing his collision of alternative rock, metal, emo and country influences following a meteoric rise that has seen him surpass 418 million streams. Industrial metal pioneers Ministry will make their final Australian appearances, delivering their trademark electronic distortion and abrasive intensity, while Chad Gray brings more than 30 years of heavy music history from his time with Mudvayne and Hellyeah. Also joining the charge are MXPX, who return to Australian soil for the first time in 13 years with their high-octane punk sound, and Welsh pop punk favourites Neck Deep, whose infectious hooks, global touring history and more than 1.8 billion streams have cemented their place among the scene’s biggest modern acts.

The festival’s next generation will also be on full display, with Sydney hardcore force Speed bringing their relentless energy following major international appearances including Coachella, Reading & Leeds Festival and Sick New World, alongside Slowly Slowly’s energetic blend of indie rock and pop punk. P.O.D. will bring decades of genre-blurring innovation with their fusion of metal, hip hop, reggae and rap rock, while The Devil Wears Prada continue their two-decade evolution with their emotionally charged heavy sound. Rounding out the sprawling bill are Choirboys, All Them Witches, The Black Queen, Future Palace, Headwreck, The Home Team, House Of Protection, Ivri, Kami Kehoe, Locked Shut, LØLØ, vianova and Voice Of Baceprot, showcasing the fearless creativity and boundary-pushing spirit that continues to drive alternative music forward.
