The Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival returns across nine villages from 1–30 April, celebrating the season with over 50 events. Highlights include Australia’s biggest Pie & Tart Trail, the Autumn Tipple Trail with 37 signature drinks, and the Mount Macedon Autumn Garden Trail showcasing stunning heritage gardens. Plant-based diners can explore the Edgy Veg Awards trail, while the festival closes with the Harvest night event on Piper Street, Kyneton. The Jamieson Autumn Festival returns to the historic High Country town, celebrating the season with live music, artisan markets, workshops, and, most deliciously, local food and drink. Friday evenings kick off with intimate bites and brews at the Kevington Hotel and Tipsy Trout Café. Saturday sees Jamieson’s main street and riverside come alive with food stalls, craft beverages, wine, and cider, alongside live music, workshops, classic cars, and community fun. Sunday offers a relaxed finish with garden performances and culinary delights.

The Bright Autumn Festival returns for ten days celebrating the vibrant colours and seasonal flavours of Victoria’s Alpine High Country. Highlights include Gala Day on Saturday 2 May, with markets, street music, and a grand parade. Visitors can explore the Wandi Nut Festival, the Bright Art Gallery’s Autumn Exhibition, guided tours by the Bright Historical Society, theatre and singing performances, and open gardens, all while savouring local produce, seasonal delights, and the region’s renowned food and drink experiences.
