At the heart of the National Wool Museum, Black Sheep has become one of Geelong’s most unique dining destinations, blending a love of gin, European-inspired share plates and relaxed hospitality. Home to its famous “Chamber of Gin”, the venue showcases a rotating selection of spirits from local distilleries across the Bellarine, Surf Coast, Rail Coast and beyond. With creative seasonal dishes, adaptable menus and a passion for bringing people together around the table, Black Sheep has built a reputation for memorable experiences with a touch of the unexpected. The Winter Gin & Whisky Dinner leans into these two key components of Black Sheep perfectly.
Guests can expect European-inspired fare from the Black Sheep kitchen, matched with seasonal serves designed to complement each dish. The evening will also offer a first taste of Flowstate’s brand-new whisky, alongside coastal-inspired gin cocktails showcasing the Surf Coast distiller’s approach to small-batch spirits.
Throughout the night, Flowstate founders will share the stories behind their bottles, from their passion for locally sourced ingredients to the craft and creativity that goes into every pour.
Celebrating good food, great spirits and the people behind them, the dinner offers a chance to experience two local producers coming together for a memorable winter evening.
