Do you want to play Strawberry Fields Festival? A music competition is now open for Victorian artists

Do you think you have what it takes to join the stacked 2025 Strawberry Fields Festival lineup alongside big names WITCH, Bumpy and DRMNGNOW?

Strawberry Fields Festival are calling Victorian live music acts to put their foot forward to play the 2025 festival.

With the festival coming in quickly from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 November, the bush based festival has partnered with Melbourne’s PBS 106.7FM to offer emerging and underground artists the chance to perform in front of more than 15,000 punters, joining an already mammoth lineup.

The competition sees the rural New South Wales event build on their vision to champion the independent and grassroots music scene in Australia.

The competition process is simple: A submission form via the festival website asks for your artist details, live experience and links to your music profiles. The requirements are equally as effortless. The live music act must be available to play Strawberry Fields Festival 21-23 November and be permanently based in Victoria Australia. Does it get any easier?

From there, applications will be judged by a panel of individuals from across Strawberry Fields and PBS 106.7FM based on their originality, creativity and alignment with the Strawberry Fields brand and community. The successful act will be offered the opportunity for national exposure and inclusion on Strawberry Fields’ international-heavy lineup for 2025. The selected act will be notified by 30 September 2025.

In addition to a live slot at Strawberry Fields Festival, the prize also includes, a PBS 106.7FM on-air campaign worth $550 to support a live show or music release and a PBS prize pack including a t-shirt and more.

The winning act will join a mammoth lineup of DJ’s and live acts across the three days including Afrodisiac, Isabella, Sweetie Zamora, DRMNGNOW, Drifting Clouds, Bumpy, Ella Thompson and WITCH.
