Non Disclosure Wine Bar opens this weekend

Geelong’s Non Disclosure Bar is entering a new chapter, transforming into Non Disclosure Wine Bar from Saturday 25 July, following growing demand from locals for a more refined wine-led experience.

The Little Malop Street venue, created by renowned Geelong hospitality figure Gorge Camorra, the creative force behind 18th Amendment Bar and Manhattan Bar, will shift its focus towards showcasing some of Australia’s finest wine regions alongside a curated collection of international labels.

Guests can expect an elevated evening of expertly selected wines, wine-focused cocktails, premium spirits and a considered drinks offering designed to bring a new energy to Geelong’s nightlife scene.

The evolution builds on Non Disclosure’s reputation for delivering a sophisticated bar experience since opening in December 2023, with its Gatsby-inspired interiors, bespoke cocktails and intimate atmosphere quickly making it one of the city’s standout destinations.

But as the evening progresses, Non Disclosure Wine Bar will reveal another side. From 9pm, the lights will dim, the music will rise and the venue will transform into a relaxed late-night dance space for the over-25 crowd, soundtracked by old-school R&B favourites and dance floor classics.

The team says the transformation was inspired by the way guests were already using the space, creating a venue where people could settle in with a premium drink before embracing a more energetic late-night atmosphere.

Launching Saturday 25 July, Non Disclosure Wine Bar promises a new way to experience one of Geelong’s most talked-about venues, blending premium wine, cocktails and late-night atmosphere into one sophisticated night out.
