The culinary focus is firmly chef driven, with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients sourced from the region. Breakfast sets the tone with dishes that balance generosity and restraint. Chilli scrambled eggs with chorizo jam deliver warmth and depth, while housemade granola with coconut yoghurt and berries provides a lighter, well executed alternative. The breakfast roll, stacked with eggs, bacon and hash brown on brioche, is unapologetically satisfying and remains a standout for those starting the day hungry.

Lunch and dinner menus build on this foundation with confident flavours and global influences woven through a modern Australian lens. Entrees such as chilli lime prawns with mango and avocado salsa, burrata with tomatoes and stone fruit, and scallops seasoned with za’atar and sumac showcase a kitchen comfortable with contrast and balance. Mains are equally assured, ranging from vegetable tagine and soba noodles to crispy skin barramundi and asado marinated King Island scotch fillet.
