Furphy Hall and the surrounding carpark will be transformed into a bustling marketplace of taste. The aroma of freshly poured beer blends with the smoky scents of gourmet food trucks, while live music fills the air, inviting festivalgoers to linger, explore, and share the experience with friends old and new.
Visitors can sip their way through an exceptional lineup of Victorian craft producers. FarmDog Brewing, Salt Brewing Co, Blackman’s Brewery, and Bells Beach Brewing showcase experimental batches alongside crowd favourites, while Mount Pleasant Rd Brewers, Great Ocean Road Brewing, and Three Horn bring regional depth. Each pour reveals the skill and creativity behind Victoria’s craft beer scene.
For fans of spirits, the festival features artisanal distillers who are shaping the local landscape. Anther Distillery and Bellarine Distillery offer their signature creations, while Great Ocean Road Gin and Four Pillars present botanically inspired sips. Attendees can sample unique flavours, hear the stories behind each spirit, and meet the makers in person.
Wine enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy. Jack Rabbit Vineyard, Leura Park Estate, Oakdene Wines, and Scotchmans Hill bring both classic and experimental vintages. Crisp whites, bold reds, and thoughtfully crafted blends provide a taste of Victoria’s rich viticultural landscape. Each glass reflects the terroir and hands-on craftsmanship of the region.
Food offerings complement the beverages perfectly. Little Creatures Kitchen serves signature bites, Chubby Bao brings inventive street food, and Workers BBQ delivers smoky indulgence. Each dish is designed to enhance the tasting journey, keeping festivalgoers energised as they explore whilst also soaking up some of the alcoholic content to keep you going.
Whether a seasoned craft connoisseur or a newcomer curious about Victoria’s beverage scene, Barrels & Taps promises a vibrant Saturday afternoon. Exclusive festival-only batches give attendees a rare opportunity to taste creations not available anywhere else.
