Seafood season has officially returned to the Bellarine, with The Dill Seafood Restaurant reopening its doors in Ocean Grove just in time for the region’s busiest and balmiest months. As summer energy builds and coastal cravings kick in, this intimate local favourite is once again serving up plates that celebrate the ocean in all its generous glory.

Led by chef and owner Ivan Roianov, The Dill has carved out a reputation for seafood that feels both refined and deeply personal. Open for dinner from Thursday through Saturday, The Dill returns with a renewed sense of energy that feels perfectly matched to its coastal surrounds. While the restaurant will be closed from 21 – 26 December for the Christmas period, they will reopen on 27 December and remain open 7 days across January.
