The Ballarat Frolic Festival makes its magnificent debut this month. The not-for-profit festival has a goal to “advance the acceptance, positive viability, health, well-being and the unique culture and art of the LGBTQIA community in this region”. Events will take place from October 6 through October 14, and with so much on offer, we think your best bet is to spend a few minutes checking out frolicfestival.org.
