A Band of Bleeding Hearts

Laughter Is A Gift

An event you can do both at is the Comedy 4 Karma event at the Daylesford Town Hall, a fundraiser for the Daylesford Dharma School. Last year’s event saw comedians Hannah Gadsby, Sammy J & Randy, Dave O’Neil as MC and many more. At this stage Melody Moon is confirmed as the musical entertainment with wholesome food supplied by the Organic Sunrise Food Van and a silent auction on the night. WOMADelaide First Line Up

WOMADelaide has revealed a huge first lineup of 25 international artists for its 2015 incarnation. WOMAD is the World of Music, Arts & Dance, which was founded by the musician Peter Gabriel in 1982. WOMADelaide, the Australian WOMAD festival, kicked off in 1992.

Bitter Sweet Symphony

Regional Victoria will be treated to some wonderful classic performances next month, courtesy of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. MSO Concertmaster Eoin Andersen will lead an ensemble of MSO musicians through Mozart and Beethoven, a concert featuring the most popular of Mozart’s forty-one symphonies.

Whip out your phone and throw in these dates because Ballarat’s Suttons House of Music has plenty coming your way. Tomorrow night, September 18, welcomes songman Neil Murray. A founding member of the Warumpi Band, Murray has also released over 10 solo albums. His latest is Bring Thunder and Rain. On September 19 you have the Sam Boon Soul Session featuring local saxophonist, Sam Boon.
