Regional Victoria is a melting pot of hospitality with cafes, fine dining, wineries, bakeries and specialist cuisine restaurants booming across the state. It’s not just Bendigo, the UNESCO City of Gastronomy that is heating up with foodie finds. Geelong and Ballarat are growing their hospitality portfolios quite nicely, with this June seeing some new faces to the scene.
This month we welcome these new residents to the regional Victorian hospitality scene.
