Stars & Bars: Down By The River

This pre-Christmas gathering is pure pub-heart Americana — expect raucous folk-blues from The Drunken Poachers, a rare in-the-round trio set from Alister Turrill, Grim Fawkner & Matt Bourke, rising duo Ally Row and DJ Chunky Love supplying vinyl between sets. Woolly tales, whiskey-soaked storytelling and communal singalongs make it the ultimate party under the roof at Moorabool St.

The BC Breakup unwraps an early Chrissie present for local live music lovers at The Barwon Club Hotel on Saturday 20 December, 2025 for a year end blowout! It’s 12 hours of power from 1pm until 1am featuring Super American Eagle, Eddie Example B2B Blackwave, The Gnomes, Chook & Moluck, Mightiest of Guns, Renegades of Chunk, Sandy Dish, Dangerboots, Merv, Sacramento Sweaters and G String Nicotine.
