Located on the northern slopes of the hills between Drysdale and Portarlington, and overlooking Corio Bay, the beautiful space – a glamping village if you will – can accommodate a number of tents in different formations, allowing for couples, families or small groups to enjoy their own space. Think romantic getaway, birthdays, friends get together, and winery tours. Kick back with your partner and a glass of wine in the beautiful surroundings, or in the beer garden. Did you bring the kids? There are outdoor games such as Bocce, Finska, Cornhole, frisbee and space to explore where imaginations, and little legs, can run wild.

Just steps from your tent, Bellarine Estate offers an inviting cellar door and a revamped dining space where you can feast on their exceptional Texan BBQ for lunch or dinner. The estate boasts 30 acres of vineyards graced with an array of grape varieties, including Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc. Within minutes are other outstanding wineries Bennetts on Bellarine, Kilgour Wines, Jack Rabbit Vineyard, Terindah Estate and Hounds of the Vine.

Your stay includes a light breakfast in the morning, and toilets and showers on site. There’s also an option to add on a special mystery hamper packed with a bottle of Bellarine Estate sparkling, some awesome local produce and goodies which will be ready in your tent on arrival.

Look out for special events such as the Wellness Weekend and The Artful Escape Creative workshop weekend (both in February) and a plethora of live music shows over the summer including 19 Twenty Hip, Andrew Swift, Tom Busby, Totally Stonez, Oz Rock Tribute, Scarecrow, Joe Camilleri, Screamin Eagles, John Farnham tribute, Melinda Schneider, James Reyne and more. Booking a tent means you can wander from stage to sleep without having the hassle of having to navigate the carpark or draw the short straw as designated driver.

Glamping at Bellarine Estate is available every weekend, now until April 2026, including over Christmas, New Years and the long weekends, but spots are limited so make sure you don’t miss out.
