The April shows will see the trio unleash their trademark mix of muscular grooves, soaring dynamics and politically charged grit, pairing fresh material with the songs that have cemented Cog as one of Australia’s most enduring heavy rock acts. For Melbourne’s south-east and the Surf Coast alike, these shows promise the kind of immersive, sweat-soaked nights Cog are renowned for.
The expanded tour kicks off earlier in the year with Western Australian dates at Fremantle’s Freo Social on Friday 30 January and Settlers Tavern in Margaret River on Saturday 31 January. April then sees Cog criss-cross the east coast, hitting Gosford, Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Canberra, Wollongong, Penrith and Hobart, before landing in Victoria for the final two shows of the run.
Released late last year, Walk The Line marked a powerful return for the band, tackling the realities of life as musicians in the modern world while showcasing Cog in assured, razor-sharp form. With decades of touring under their belts and a reputation built on relentless live energy, this 2026 run feels like both a celebration and a statement of intent.
As Flynn Gower recently shared, the response to the new music and upcoming shows has been overwhelming, a reminder that Cog’s connection with their audience remains as strong as ever.
Tickets for all shows go on sale Friday 16 January at 9am AEDT. If you’ve been craving loud guitars, big feelings and that unmistakable Cog surge, 2026 is shaping up nicely.
