Taking a cue from their stand-alone Geelong GMHBA Stadium show in March of 2022, where they made history alongside now global-sparks Amyl and The Sniffers, the band will bring their same raw rock talents to their Tasmania fans. They will be joined by Brisbane’s Full Flower Moon Band, and Launceston locals Spooky Eyes for the special event.

Famous for their love of Australia, today’s news marks the band’s first live show in Tasmania since 2015 and their first ever time in Launceston. Foo Fighters were last on our shores in November/December 2023, when they played to sold-out stadiums in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane in celebration of their universally acclaimed 11th studio album, But Here We Are.

Now, it’s Launceston turn – a city notoriously left off of touring schedules. This is one long weekend you don’t want to miss!

Telstra Plus Members can access presale tickets from Friday 5 December (12pm AEDT) via telstra.com.au/plus. The Frontier Members presale starts Monday 8 December (1pm AEDT), with tickets going on sale to the general public on Wednesday 10 December (4pm AEDT).
