Kim Wilde is coming to Geelong in November

UK pop icon Kim Wilde, renowned for her chart-topping hits and dynamic live performances, is set to return to Australia in 2026 with her highly anticipated Closer Tour. The tour kicks off in Perth on Wednesday 18 November before heading to Brisbane and down into Victoria. We are spoilt with two shows – firstly in Melbourne on Saturday 21 November at the iconic Palais Theatre, and then into regional territory for a show at Costa Hall Geelong on Sunday 22 November. Adelaide, Newcastle, Sydney and Canberra will wrap up the tour on 24, 27, 28 and 29 November, respectively.

Kim Wilde, who captured hearts worldwide with iconic hits such as Kids In America, You Keep Me Hangin’ On, and If I Can’t Have You, remains one of the most beloved and successful British female artists of the 80s.
