Live Nation’s Ones To Watch — the global talent discovery series that’s helped launch stars like Dua Lipa, Olivia Rodrigo and Halsey — is closing out its 2025 program with one of its most significant and long-overdue showcases yet. Hitting Melbourne on Wednesday 26 November, the final OTW event of the year will spotlight Australian artists living with disability, timed in celebration of the International Day of People with Disabilities (IDPWD) on 3 December.

Curated and hosted by award-winning songwriter, performer and disability advocate Eliza Hull, this Melbourne edition places representation, visibility and sheer musical brilliance at the centre of the stage. Hull, who will also perform to close out the night, says the event marks a crucial moment of cultural shift for the industry.
“This is exactly what the industry needs right now — a night to celebrate and amplify the incredible artists with disability in this country,” she says. “As a musician with a disability myself I know firsthand that there are still barriers in the industry, but moments like this give me real hope for what’s ahead.”
Hull has had a powerhouse year — touring in Australia and the UK, signing a global publishing deal with Sony Music, collaborating internationally, and reimagining Silverchair’s ‘Tomorrow’ for the Australian drama Playing Gracie Darling a cover that earnt her a shoutout from frontman, Daniel Johns at his In Conversation: What If The Future Never Happened? event last week. With a new album arriving in 2026, she’s perfectly placed to lead this moment.
The lineup she’s curated brings together three emerging artists carving out space on their own terms. First up is Melbourne alt-pop riser Mathilde Anne, who broke out with her lush, introspective debut album NORMAL in 2024 and has since shared stages with the likes of Cub Sport and Telenova. Her dreamy, carefully crafted blend of indie-pop, neurodivergent storytelling and emotional vulnerability has made her one of the city’s most exciting new voices — and her upcoming 2026 EP, Cigarettes and Anxious Sex, is already generating buzz.
Joining her is R&B/pop shapeshifter R.EM.EDY, an artist who moves effortlessly between soul, hip-hop, dance and cinematic pop textures while advocating fiercely for artists with ADHD, Autism and POTS. With over 5 million streams already under her belt, she’s become a beacon for fans seeking both musical catharsis and radical openness.
Rounding out the bill is rising DJ and producer Cooper Smith, whose electrifying sets and boundary-pushing style have seen him light up stages alongside Torren Foot and Airwolf Paradise, as well as performing on the Australian Open’s Main Stage and tearing up institutions like Revolver and New Guernica. His momentum is only accelerating, making his OTW appearance a must-see.
Across 2025, Ones To Watch toured the country — selling out venues in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Darwin and Byron Bay, and further cementing its reputation as a launchpad for the next wave of Australian artists. This final Melbourne showcase not only caps off another huge year for the program but also signals a clear, powerful message: the future of music must be inclusive.
As Live Nation’s SVP of Product & Innovation, Michelle Lucia, puts it:
“Collaborating with Eliza Hull reinforces our shared commitment to championing inclusivity across the industry. This event helps create real pathways for emerging talent, ensuring every artist has the chance to be seen, heard and supported.”
If you care about the future of Australian music, this is the kind of night you show up for.
