When Snow White and the Huntsman was released in 2012, it seemed a safe bet that another film would follow. While a sequel is not in the works, a spin-off is. Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption, Green Mile) is currently in talks to direct The Huntsman, a film that will focus on Chris Hemsworth’s character. At best, Kristen Stewart will return in a cameo role only. Charlize Theron, however, will reprise her role.
