Sounds of New Orleans

Stepping out of the University of Miami, Taylor Smith collected some of his favourite blues, jazz and country tunes while also crafting his own material. Today, inspired by the history of ethnic and musical diversity of New Orleans, Smith’s ensemble, the Roamin’ Jasmine, explores 1920s-era speakeasy blues, vintage Calypso and 1950s New Orleans RnB.
